Job Description – Civil Foreman

Location: Reco Diq, Balochistan
Rotation: 28 days on / 14 days off
Department: Contracts

• Coordinates production volumes and schedules for similar construction work;
• Coordinates schedules for similar construction work;
• Prepares the construction site and workstations in accordance with occupational health, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements;
• Equips the construction site;
• Instructs employees on occupational health and fire safety requirements;
• Prepares workstations for a special assessment of working conditions.
• Determines the need for materials and equipment for similar construction work;
• Monitors the quality and volume (quantity) of materials and equipment;
• Completes the requisition, acceptance, distribution, accounting, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Performs operational planning and monitoring of the execution of similar construction work;
• Distributes production tasks among teams, units, and individual employees;
• Monitors compliance with the technology for similar construction work;
• Develops, plans, and monitors the implementation of operational measures aimed at correcting defects in the results of similar construction work;
• Maintains current and as-built documentation for the types of similar construction work performed.
• Performs operational control of individual construction processes and/or production operations;
• Performs ongoing quality control of the results of similar construction work;
• Identifies the causes of deviations in the results of construction work from the requirements of regulatory, technological, and design documentation;
• Develops, plans, and monitors the implementation of measures aimed at preventing and eliminating the causes of deviations in the results of similar construction work performed from the requirements of regulatory, technical, technological, and design documentation.
• Assesses the effectiveness of the production and economic activities of the section of similar construction work;
