Job Description – Plumbing Foreman

Location: Reco Diq, Balochistan
Rotation: 28 days on / 14 days off
Department: Contracts
Reports to: Director, Project Manager

• Ensures the implementation of the construction and installation work plan at the foreman's site in accordance with the working drawings and work execution plan;
• Monitors compliance with the technological sequence of work and ensures its proper quality;
• Performs layout work, geodetic control during technological operations, and measurements of construction and installation work volumes, if necessary;
• Organizes the acceptance of materials, structures, and products, their storage, accounting, and reporting;
• Ensures the rational use of construction machinery, mechanisms, and vehicles on the site (facility), and the economical use of materials;
• Assigns teams and units (not part of them), and individual workers on the site, sets their work assignments, and provides work instructions to workers;
• Issues work orders, accepts completed work, issues work orders for completed work; prepares documents for recording working hours, output, and downtime;
• Organizes the operational accounting of daily work assignments and the receipt of building materials, structures, and products;
• Implements scientific work organization, team and collective contracting, and creates conditions for workers to master and meet current production standards;
• Makes proposals for assigning worker grades and determining the quantitative and professional-qualification composition of teams;
• Ensures that teams and workers are provided with tools, equipment, low-mechanization equipment, transportation, special clothing, and protective equipment;
• Familiarizes workers with safety practices and instructs them directly on the job site, recording this in a special worker instruction log;
• Ensures the proper use of technological equipment (scaffolding, scaffolding, protective devices, pit and trench wall bracing, struts, jigs, and other devices), construction machinery, power units, vehicles, and worker protective equipment;
