Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and technicians to manage daily operations and resolve technical issues.
  • Inspect installations of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for MEP systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Monitor resource utilization, including manpower, tools, and materials, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits on-site.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, including progress updates, incident logs, and maintenance records.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision or technical maintenance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and maintenance software.
