Civil Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil work crews on-site (excavation, concrete, rebar, formwork, utilities, etc.).
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and workmanship.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Report daily progress, issues, and resource needs to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong civil construction experience (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
