Civil Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Manage and guide site workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers
• Monitor productivity and report daily progress
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Enforce site safety rules and company policies
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site
• Maintain good housekeeping and discipline at the site

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works and site operations
• Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
