Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site labor, subcontractors, and work activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor job completion and quality.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction site safety conditions.
• Report daily progress, manpower, and material usage to the site engineer/project manager.
• Coordinate with site engineers for technical instructions, layout, and work sequences.
• Control and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure site rules and HSE regulations are strictly followed.
• Assist in surveying, level marking, and alignment works where needed.
• Identify site problems and inform the site engineer for solutions.
• Manage site tools, machinery, equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Verify workmanship and compliance with Dubai Municipality construction requirements (if applicable).
• Maintain worker discipline and attendance records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Foreman in UAE construction projects.
• Knowledge of civil construction/structural works (villa, building, warehouse).
• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of material types, concrete works, blockwork, finishing works, etc.
• Must have driving license.
• Must have UAE experience (preferred).
