Civil Foreman

Job Description
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising structural and finishing works on site. He ensures that construction and finishing activities are completed correctly, safely, and on time, according to drawings and site instructions.
Main Duties

• Supervise civil construction works such as concrete, blockwork, plastering, and screeding.

Supervise finishing works including tiling, gypsum partitions and ceilings, painting, waterproofing, and joinery works.
Assign daily tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor productivity.

• Ensure good quality of finishing, correct levels, alignment, and details.
• Coordinate finishing sequences to avoid damage and rework.
• Coordinate with engineers and MEP teams during construction and finishing stages.
• Ensure site safety rules are followed.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings and understand site instructions.

Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving license (Required)
