Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate site activities for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage labor, subcontractors, and materials
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and safety teams
• Monitor productivity, progress, and resource allocation
• Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Report daily progress, issues, and requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
• Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade qualification
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of civil works (RCC, blockwork, plastering, finishes, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and safety standards
