Civil Foreman

Job Description and Responsibilities

• The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager.
• Oversee the work of the workers to ensure that it is being carried out as per plan.
• Ensure risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place.
• Ensure material, equipment and required manpower are requested and are available on site as required and their optimal utilization.
• Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule.
• Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable.
• Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head.
• Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement

Education and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma engineer in related fields
• 5 years’ experience in UAE
