Civil Foreman

Civil Foreman (Building Projects) – 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities on building projects. The candidate will manage workers, ensure work is done according to drawings, and maintain safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Ensure work is done according to approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Maintain quality standards and safety procedures on site
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment
• Report site progress and issues to management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or high-rise)
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures
• UAE experience preferred
• Candidates currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred
