Job Summary:
BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to manage on-site construction activities and lead a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers
• Monitor progress and prepare reports
• Maintain quality and safety on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• GCC/UAE experience preferred
