Civil Foreman

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to supervise and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage labor teams
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress and maintain daily site reports
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction, with foreman-level experience
• Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, masonry, finishing, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle site challenges and meet deadlines
