Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities on site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Ensure finishing works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor daily work progress and meet project deadlines
• Inspect finishing materials and workmanship quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team for smooth execution
• Prepare daily progress reports and manpower updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in finishing works within contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of civil finishing works including plaster, paint, tiles, gypsum, ceilings, and fit-out works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per hour
