We are a leading Civil & Electromechanical Contracting Company in Qatar, urgently seeking a Civil Foreman to join our team immediately.

Position: Civil Foreman

Location: Qatar

Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site workers and daily construction activities
• Ensure all structural works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Oversee activities such as excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and structural installations
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures on site
• Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and manpower status
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with strong structural work experience
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in Qatar/GCC projects is an advantage
