Civil Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil construction works at the STP/PTP site such as excavation, concreting, tank construction, and finishing.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Maintain safety standards and make sure all workers use PPE.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to keep work aligned and on schedule.
• Record daily manpower, materials, and progress reports.
• Check the quality of work and correct any issues immediately.
• Report site progress and challenges to the project engineer or manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of civil construction experience, preferably in STP/PTP projects.
• Knowledge of survey instruments like Auto Level and Total Station.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality standards.
