We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman specialized in epoxy flooring, concrete surface preparation, grinding, repair works, and line marking applications. The candidate will supervise site activities, manage workers, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate daily operations at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for epoxy flooring and concrete repair works.
• Monitor surface preparation including grinding, scarifying, and cleaning before epoxy application.
• Ensure proper mixing and application of epoxy coating materials.
• Coordinate line marking and floor marking activities according to project drawings and specifications.
• Inspect completed works to maintain quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update site activities.
• Identify site issues and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
