Civil Supervisor – Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity and site progress.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in the UAE.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
