Job Summary

Renova 360 is seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil construction/ Fitout activities on site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site execution, manpower management, and ensuring that works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
• Manage and monitor labor teams, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress and report daily activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline at all times.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements.
• Assist in project handover and snag rectification activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.
• Experience handling labor teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of site safety requirements and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred

• UAE experience in villas, buildings, commercial, or fit-out projects.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
