Job Title: Civil Foreman – Roadworks
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure / Roadworks

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily roadwork construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure proper execution of asphalt works, kerbstone installation, interlock, excavation, backfilling, and drainage works.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure workers follow HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily work reports and update project progress.
• Resolve on-site technical and workforce issues promptly.
• Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in roadworks/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of road construction activities and site supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
