Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with proven UAE experience in villa and high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including plastering, block work, tiling, painting, gypsum, ceilings, waterproofing, joinery, marble, and other architectural finishes.
• Ensure finishing works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily site activities and monitor labor productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of finishing works.
• Conduct inspections and rectify defects before consultant/client inspections.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of UAE experience as a Finishing Foreman in villa and high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and finishing details.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
