Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction work.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Schedule and assign tasks to construction crew.
- Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve work-related conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate & coordinate site activities with the site representatives of sub-contractors, consultants, clients and with higher level supervisor/engineer as needed.
- Preparing daily activity plan and arrangement of related resources in coordination with higher level supervisor/engineer.
- Maintain records of construction activities and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assists engineers in the technical evaluation of Workers on site
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Experience in Industrial type projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage site productivity
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer literacy and able to use MS word and excel for daily reporting, material list and documentation
- IOSH safety certificate is recommended
Experience:
- construction foreman: 5 years (Required)
