  • Defect Management: Conducting walkthroughs to identify and resolve defects, snagging issues, or substandard craftsmanship before client handover.
  • Specification Compliance: Ensuring all finishing details (paint, carpentry, tiling, etc.) align perfectly with the architect's vision, design drawings, and building codes.
  • Material Approvals: Inspecting incoming materials for quality and returning or rejecting anything that fails to meet project standards.
  • Trade Coordination: Scheduling and directing multiple skilled trades to ensure work flows smoothly without causing delays or rework.
  • Supervision: Managing direct and indirect labor, tracking daily manpower, and monitoring worker productivity.
  • Mentorship: Providing guidance and training to ensure workers follow best practices and maintain high standards
  • Progress Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly reports regarding site status, labor allocation, and milestone progress for senior management.
  • Scheduling: Reviewing project timelines to ensure finishing operations are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Logistics & Procurement: Coordinating the delivery and safe storage of finishing materials, tools, and equipment on site
  • Safety Enforcement: Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols, such as proper scaffolding and site housekeeping.
  • Toolbox Talks: Conducting daily or weekly safety briefings and hazard identification sessions for the crew
