Civil General Foreman

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE – Dubai

- Proven working experience in luxury villas (start to finish)

- Full knowledge with civil and works and finishes until handover

- Valid Driving license(UAE)

- A strong understanding in civil engineering methodologies

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

- Outstanding project management abilities

- Structural and architectural knowledge

- Reading drawings

Roles and responsibilities:

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.

- Preparation and implementation of project plans.

- Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• General Foreman in Dubai: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
