Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Foreman in Abu Dhabi to supervise construction site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction supervision, workforce management, site coordination, safety compliance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce activities

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers

• Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations

• Allocate tasks and manage labor productivity efficiently

• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment usage on site

• Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management

• Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained

• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Foreman or Construction Site Supervisor

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and regulations

• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• UAE construction experience preferred
