Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman with strong knowledge in wood joinery and carpentry works to supervise and manage joinery activities at site and workshop. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, coordinating with teams, and completing projects on time according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage wood joinery and carpentry works at site and workshop.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery drawings, and design plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure all joinery works are completed as per quality standards and project timelines.
• Manage and guide carpenters, helpers, and other workers on site.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of tools and machinery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues related to joinery installation and finishing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman in interior fit-out or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of wood joinery, carpentry techniques, and installation works.
• Ability to read and understand joinery shop drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working on interior fit-out projects in the UAE is preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
