Civil Foreman for G+1 Villa Projects in Dubai (with license)

Foreman - Job description.

1) Understand structure and architecture drawings and execute accurately on site.

2) Ensure Materials are available previous day for next day work.

3) Ensure workfront for subcontractors by arranging necessary tools/ scaffolding/ equipment.

4) Ensure that Material requiremts are forwarded on time for procurement.

5) Ensure the Safety of people, equipemt and general cleanliness of the site.

6) Report daily progress and Attendance to head office.

7) Communicate labour requirements to head office for next day.

8) Communicate with site engineer and Project manager about the site effectively.

9) Be present during stakeholder meetings and ensure work is done accordingly at site after approval from project manager.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
