Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with strong Dubai villa construction experience. The role involves supervising site activities, managing labor teams, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of Dubai villa construction experience
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works
• Experience in manpower supervision and site coordination
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Understanding of material control and site safety
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa site activities
• Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Monitor site quality, safety, and progress
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Control material usage and reduce wastage
• Maintain daily site reports

Work Location: Dubai (On-site)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
