Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman with solid Dubai experience in villa construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labor teams, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Dubai villa construction
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works
• Proven experience in site supervision and manpower handling
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Knowledge of material control and site safety practices
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for villa projects
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress on site
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Track material usage and control wastage
• Prepare daily progress updates and maintain site records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
