Civil Infrastructure Design Director

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an Infrastructure Director to join the growing team. In this senior leadership role, you’ll drive technical delivery, build client relationships, and steer the business growth of the infrastructure division.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of Civil infrastructure design and delivery including roads, utilities, drainage, and site-wide works.

    • Act as the senior client-facing lead, building strong relationships and representing the consultancy in tenders and meetings.

    • Drive business development, bids, and proposals to grow the division.

    • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence and collaboration.

What You Bring

    • 15+ years of experience in Civil  infrastructure (roads, utilities, site-wide development).

    • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-package projects across the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.

    • Strong knowledge of government approvals and permitting processes.

    • Experience with tendering, budgets, and P&L responsibility.

    • Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.

    • Bonus: Experience with digital delivery tools (BIM, smart infrastructure) or business growth strategy.
