Civil Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Inspector with 5+ years of experience to ensure that all civil works on-site are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and client requirements. The Civil Inspector will conduct regular inspections, verify workmanship, and report any non-conformances or deviations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect construction activities related to civil and structural works (e.g., excavation, foundations, concrete, masonry, roads, drainage, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with approved design drawings, specifications, codes, and applicable standards.
• Monitor and document the progress and quality of work performed by the contractor.
• Conduct inspections before, during, and after construction activities and record results.
• Verify materials delivered to the site and ensure they meet approved submittals and specifications.
• Identify and report non-conformities, and coordinate with engineers for corrective actions.
• Ensure that safety measures are implemented on-site in accordance with project safety plans.
• Maintain detailed site records, inspection reports, and photographic evidence of completed works.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing inspection reports and site correspondence.
