We are seeking a Civil Inspector to join our site supervision team on a prestigious hospitality development in the Umluj region, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Conduct daily site inspections and report on progress and quality.
• Verify that construction activities follow approved drawings, materials, and methods.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Identify non‑conformities and support corrective actions.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil/site inspection, preferably on hospitality or large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and KSA regulations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
