Civil Inspector – Steel Structure Projects (RAK)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Civil Inspector with strong expertise in steel structure projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience, solid understanding of site inspections, QA/QC procedures, and construction standards, along with the ability to coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for steel structure works, civil works, and related site activities
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai authority standards
• Monitor fabrication, erection, welding, bolting, alignment, and finishing of steel structures
• Review and verify method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain proper documentation
• Identify non‑conformities and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and project timelines
• Conduct inspections for foundations, anchor bolts, concrete works, and structural connections

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Dubai experience in civil/steel structure inspection
• Total 8+ years in civil engineering or inspection roles
• Strong experience in steel structures, industrial buildings, warehouses, and high‑rise support structures
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory; own car preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other authority requirements
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
