Job Title: Civil Job Performer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee civil construction activities as per project requirements and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct site assessments, risk analysis, and prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for timely completion of work.
• Monitor work progress and report to Site/Project Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation, site permits, and work approvals before commencement.
• Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings at site.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• ADNOC Approved Job Performer Certificate – Mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UAE (Oil & Gas projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
