Job Title: Civil Lead

Location: UAE

Role Objective:

Responsible for end-to-end civil & structural design for substation projects (11 kV to 765 kV), including pre-bid engineering, detailed engineering, multidisciplinary coordination, team leadership, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality engineering deliverables for domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design leads, engineers & draftsmen; ensure high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Prepare and monitor engineering plans aligned with project requirements.
• Review designs and ensure optimization of civil & structural quantities and BOQ accuracy.
• Conduct risk analysis, resolve design issues, and support manufacturing clearance.

Technical Expertise Required

• Substation GIS buildings, transformer foundations, control rooms,

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech Civil / M.Tech Structural / Geotechnical / Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years in civil & structural design, with exposure to substations

Software Skills

• AutoCAD, Revit
• Tekla (preferred)
• MS Office
