Springer and Steinberg, P.C., a premier Denver-based litigation firm, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in a range of matters including complex civil disputes, personal injury, and catastrophic litigation. Our firm has built a respected reputation over the past four decades, handling high-stakes cases in civil, criminal, and family law with exceptional results and a commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex civil litigation matters.
• Handle all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court regularly.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team to strategize and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain clear and consistent client communication while managing expectations and goals.

Qualifications:

• Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial and courtroom exposure.
• Demonstrated expertise in both civil and personal injury litigation; catastrophic case experience is highly valued.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Business development experience and client management skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $200,000 – $275,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
• Additional compensation for business generation.
