Ekspert Counsel is hiring a talented Personal Injury Attorney for a full-time litigation role. This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys who are licensed in Minnesota and reside within the state.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Review, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial.
• Prepare legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismiss (MTD), and motions for summary judgment (MSJ).
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, gathering crucial information for cases.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests and address any associated issues.
• Attend court hearings to represent clients and present legal arguments.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• 5 years preferred but not required
• Minnesota Bar
• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Knowledge of Minnesota State Court & Federal Court Rules of Procedure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
