Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in California to join our team. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while providing opportunities to work on diverse and challenging civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Provide strategic legal advice and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense experience is a plus).

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
