Civil Litigation Attorney

Ogden Sullivan Stover & Saar, P.A., a fast-paced liability defense firm, is seeking attorneys who have been practicing between 3 and 8 years. The firm services clients throughout Central and Southwest Florida in general liability, auto, trucking and transportation, premises, personal injury, and wrongful death matters.

Qualifications:

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing for a minimum of 3 years.
• Prior insurance defense experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic
• Attentive to detail
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Effective communicator with team members, clients, attorneys, and the judiciary
