The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Paralegal to support our growing caseload in civil litigation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, close-knit environment and wants to make an impact beyond paperwork. You’ll be a key player in helping us stay organized, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents
• Support attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, and document organization
• Manage court calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings
• Organize digital and physical case files using firm systems and protocols
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Identify and implement process improvements, especially for civil case workflows

• Ability to create SOP (standard operating procedures) with little guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience (civil litigation)
• Paralegal certificate (strongly preferred)
• Familiar with Arizona court systems, particularly Maricopa County
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Legal case management software (Clio, MyCase, and PracticePanther)
• Legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis)
