CIVIL MAINTENANCE

Leading Electronic equipment manufacturing MNC required Civil Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech -CIVIL

Experience: 4/5 years

Should have good knowledge in Civil engineering

• Familiar with the latest building construction technologies and codes
• Familiar with the safety and applicable laws and regulations for building construction
• Knowledge for Upkeep of buildings, infrastructures and periodical maintenance
• Knowledge for preparing job scope and BOQ
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Knowledge of operation of ETPs, and water treatment plants
• Keen to maintain good 5S around the building.
• Knowledge of landscaping, beautification etc
• Should have leadership quality to lead a team of housekeeping and construction staff
• Supervise project works with legal requirements, especially health and safet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,538.12 - ₹65,749.13 per month
