Role Summary
Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of civil works across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine civil maintenance including masonry, tiling, plastering, painting, and minor carpentry.

Inspect restaurant premises regularly and address wear, damage, or safety issues.

Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repair and renovation work.

Handle emergency civil repairs to minimize operational disruption.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company maintenance standards.

Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues to management.
Requirements

Diploma/ITI in Civil or relevant trade.

2–4 years of civil maintenance experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant chains.

Ability to travel between multiple outlets.

Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
