Civil Maintenance Supervisor (Fitout Experience) required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Fitout Maintenance Supervisor. The Fitout Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily maintenance and repair tasks, scheduling and supervising workers to ensure projects / task are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

Experience in project supervision, task coordination, and resource management within the fit-out and maintenance field.

Technical skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, or related trades.

Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills to address maintenance needs and ensure efficient operations.

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to on-site building maintenance and repair activities.

Proficiency in using project management tools, scheduling software, and basic computer applications.

Prior experience in a supervisory role within facility management or construction industries is highly desirable.

- Basic English speaking and reporting skills

- UAE experience and valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
