Job Purpose
The role holder is accountable for Operation and Maintenance activities for the assigned
building\buildings, from the Civil, Electromechanical & light current point of view. In addition to
business expansions, renovations, enhancements & extensions.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Bsc. In Engineering from a reputable University
Good knowledge of the standard operating procedures of office buildings and initial
Maintenance processes of the main buildings' components. Aware of SLAs, KPIs & QEFs
of subcontractors.
Managing technicians as well as third parties' technical teams.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
Problem Solving:
Efficient capability in dealing with emergency situations and managing urgent inquiries
with flexibility on daily basis.
Innovation:
Implement new maintenance policies and enhance the existing SLAs.
Skills & Abilities:
Cross team collaboration, Strong negotiation, persuasion & analytical skills, Strong
technical skills, High problem solving and decision making skills, High customer focus &
presentation skills
PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS project.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Project management certificate, PMP, Construction management
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
5 to 10 years in the operation & maintenance
