Civil Manager (Industrial Projects)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) with strong project coordination skills to lead industrial projects in the Adhesive , Chemical, and Pharma sectors. The ideal candidate should have excellent client-handling abilities, proactive coordination skills, and strong communication capabilities.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for industrial projects in Chemical, adhesive, and Pharma sectors.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project progress.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Handle risk assessment and mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. Lead and mentor project teams for on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 12-15 years of experience in industrial projects Prior experience in FMCG/ Pharma industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,416.43 - ₹95,109.30 per month

Experience:
