Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications
• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones to build walls, pavements, and other structures
• Mix and apply mortar or concrete for bonding and finishing
• Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools
• Ensure structural alignment using levels, plumb bobs, and measuring tools
• Repair and restore damaged masonry work
• Install reinforcements and anchors as per engineering requirements
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
• Collaborate with engineers and other trades on large-scale construction projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mason in civil construction
• Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
• Familiarity with modern and traditional masonry techniques
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials
• Attention to detail and precision
• Certification in masonry or construction (preferred but not mandatory)
• UAE based Candidates
• Immediate Joiner
