Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Civil Masons with strong expertise in excavation, footing works, foundation construction, leveling, rebar setting, concrete pouring, and shuttering. The candidate must have practical experience in raft foundations, isolated footings, column footings, and beam concreting. Accuracy, site discipline, and safety awareness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform excavation work, foundation marking, and layout as per site drawings.
• Execute footing and foundation works, including isolated, combined, strip, and raft footings.
• Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring using manual or mechanical tools.
• Assist in rebar placement, formwork, and shuttering for foundations and columns.
• Mix and apply concrete, grout, mortar, and other construction materials.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, compaction, and curing of concrete surfaces.
• Construct manholes, trenches, pedestals, and concrete bases.
• Follow proper safety procedures and site quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for measurements and approvals.
• Maintain tools, ensure work area cleanliness, and follow site discipline.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of strong experience in footing, foundation, and concrete works (GCC/UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge in reading site levels, layouts, and basic civil drawings.
• Skilled in using measuring tools, levels, vibrators, and compaction tools.
• Experience in formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement activities.
• Ability to work under site conditions and complete tasks with accuracy.
• Basic awareness of HSE compliance and construction safety rules.
