Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking multiple Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineers or Architects with MILCON experience to support a proposal we are bidding on. We estimate the award will be made in late August to September 2026 with a PoP starting 1 Nov 2026.
This position provides engineering design, project management, planning, programming, technical review, and construction support services for Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) projects supporting Dyess AFB. The selected candidate will work closely with government engineers, construction managers, and project stakeholders to support facility modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Required Clearance Level
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Confidential Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related engineering discipline
- -OR- 10+ years of documented construction and project management experience.
- Experience supporting engineering design, facility modernization, infrastructure projects, construction management, or related engineering programs (FSRM).
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Air Force, DoD, USACE, MILCON, UMMC, or FSRM projects.
- Experience preparing engineering studies, cost estimates, acquisition packages, DD Form 1391 documentation, or construction packages.
- Experience with GIS, project tracking databases, and facility planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and production of engineering plans, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support the development, planning, programming, and execution of FSRM projects.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, briefings, project documentation, and correspondence.
- Participate in technical interchange meetings and coordinate with government stakeholders and external organizations.
- Review engineering and technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and schedule requirements.
- Support project tracking, status reporting, and maintenance of engineering databases and records.
- Assist with development of acquisition packages, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), DD Form 1391s, and cost estimates.
- Support regulatory compliance activities and technical reviews.
- Provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) review of engineering and architectural designs.
- Perform technical analysis of site data, reports, project documentation, and engineering studies.
- Support project meetings, planning sessions, and construction coordination activities.
- Assist with documentation, organization, and management of project files and records.

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $110,000 to $125,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.

ITC is open to discussing compensation with highly qualified candidates whose experience exceeds the minimum requirements of the position.
