Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil / Multi‑Task Technician with a valid UAE driving licence to support facility maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in civil repair works, multi‑disciplinary maintenance tasks, and daily transportation duties. This role requires strong technical skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and multi‑tasking activities as assigned.
• Carry out repairs and upkeep of civil structures, including:
• Painting and surface preparation
• Carpentry works
• Minor masonry repairs
• Tile and wall finish works
• Wallpaper installation
• Glass and window repairs
• Doors, locks, and hardware installation/repair
• Carpet replacement
• Ceiling and gypsum works
• Conduct routine inspections of civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC assets to identify defects or maintenance needs.
• Support other technicians and maintenance teams during daily operations.
• Ensure all tasks meet required quality standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report daily work progress to the Supervisor.
• Perform daily transportation of staff, technicians, and materials as per site operational requirements using company vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in civil/multi‑task maintenance roles.
• Valid UAE driving licence (Manual or Automatic as required).
• Strong experience in civil repair works and general maintenance.
• Ability to perform multi‑disciplinary tasks as part of an FM/MEP environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, tools, and equipment used in maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
