Civil Planning Engineer

JOB TITLE: Planning Engineer

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years experience in planning work for high-rise project

Responsibility:

• Managing the performance of the baseline schedule and the maintenance
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office and MSP.
• Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams.
• Monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delays and suitable mitigation measures.
• Interfacing with the project technical staff to define changes to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.
• Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, and resource conflicts.
• Working closely with the contractors, evaluating their schedules, and actively managing the schedules with them to ensure a successful outcome.
• Managing the project master schedule in line with individual work package schedules prepared by contractors.

Planning Engineer Skills

• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines

Software proficiency

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access Database)
• 3D Modeling software (AutoCAD)
• Project Planning tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera, or any project planning software.

Education Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and technology
• Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
