Civil Planning Manager

Location Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling

and progress control, across major construction and Oil & Gas. The Ideal Candidate will

bring strong expertise in Primavera P6, project coordination, and scheduling methodologies

to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6.

 Prepare baseline schedules, WBS and resource loaded plans.

 Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.

 Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.

 Lead delay analysis and support extension of time (EOT) claims.

 Coordinate planning efforts with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

 Manage planning engineers and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications & Experiences,

 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

 10+ years’ experience in Construction, EPC, or Oil & Gas projects.

 Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).

 Knowledge of project control tools and reporting techniques

 Understanding of civil construction sequences and engineering workflows



Preferred certifications:

PMI-SP / PMP, AACEI (PSP, CCP), or Primavera certifications.
